Birhen san Kalooy Parish welcomes parishioners, families, and members of the faithful who wish to receive the sacraments and other pastoral services of the Church.
The sacraments are sacred encounters with Christ and are central to the life of the Catholic faithful. Through the sacraments, the Church accompanies God’s people in faith, worship, healing, commitment, and mission.
Parishioners are encouraged to coordinate with the Parish Office for proper scheduling, preparation, requirements, and pastoral guidance.

Baptism is the first sacrament of Christian initiation. Through Baptism, a person becomes a member of the Church and begins a life of faith in Christ.
Requirements may include:
Birth certificate of the child
Names of parents and godparents/sponsors
Baptismal registration form from the Parish Office
Attendance in a baptismal preparation or pre-baptism seminar
Parents’ marriage certificate, if applicable

Confirmation strengthens the grace received in Baptism and deepens one’s commitment to live as a witness of Christ.

Attendance in catechesis, formation, or confirmation seminar
Name of qualified sponsor
For confirmation schedules, parishioners are encouraged to wait for official parish announcements or coordinate directly with the Parish Office.
The First Holy Communion is a special moment in the life of a Catholic, especially for children, as they receive the Body and Blood of Christ in the Holy Eucharist for the first time.
Requirements may include:
Baptismal certificate
Birth certificate
Catechesis or First Communion preparation
Registration through the Parish Office or assigned catechist
Parents and guardians are encouraged to coordinate with the Parish Office, catechists, or parish formation team for preparation schedules.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a sacrament of God’s mercy, forgiveness, and healing. Through confession, the faithful are reconciled with God and the Church.
For confession schedules, penitential services, or individual appointments, parishioners may coordinate with the Parish Office or approach the priest before or after scheduled liturgical activities, subject to availability.
The Sacrament of Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, blessed by God and celebrated in the Church.
Requirements may include:
Recent baptismal certificate marked “For Marriage Purposes”
Recent confirmation certificate marked “For Marriage Purposes”
Birth certificate
Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR)
Canonical interview
Pre-Cana or marriage preparation seminar
Marriage banns
List of principal sponsors
Other documents required depending on the couple’s situation
Couples planning to get married are advised to coordinate with the Parish Office several months before the intended wedding date to allow time for proper preparation, documentation, interview, and scheduling.
The Anointing of the Sick is a sacrament of healing, strength, and spiritual comfort for those who are seriously ill, elderly, or in need of God’s grace in times of sickness.
Families may request the priest to administer the Anointing of the Sick for loved ones who are seriously ill, preparing for surgery, elderly, or in danger due to illness.
For urgent cases, please contact the Parish Office or coordinate directly with the parish priest.
The parish may also assist with other pastoral requests, subject to parish guidelines and priest availability, such as:

Store or office blessings
Thanksgiving Masses
Funeral Masses
Blessings for special occasions
